Terms of Service

Spark is a desktop app (Windows and macOS) for monitoring token launches on pump.fun and bonk.fun on Solana. It is an analytics and monitoring tool - not a trading bot - and never touches your wallet. Every buy or sell decision is made and executed by you, in the terminal of your choice.

You must be of legal age in your country to use Spark. An account is created on your first Discord sign-in to the cabinet. One person may operate a single account - running multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage is not allowed.

Purchasing premium grants the right to use Spark for the paid period (7 or 30 days). Premium is tied to your Discord account and is non-transferable - it cannot be resold, exchanged or shared with anyone else.

Eligible users can activate a one-time free trial from the cabinet. Trials are subject to eligibility checks and our fair-use policy; attempting to obtain additional trials is not allowed.

We may issue gift links that grant premium time to whoever redeems them - giveaways, promotions or support. Gift links are subject to the same rules as paid premium.

Each user has a personal referral link tied to their Discord account. The referrer earns a percentage payout in SOL on every paid purchase by users they invite, and the invited friend gets +3 extra days on their first paid checkout. Each user has a single referrer, set when they sign up. Self-referral and any manipulation of the program are prohibited and may void rewards and lead to account blocking.

Payments are made in SOL on the Solana network, and premium activates automatically once your payment is confirmed. All sales are final - access to real-time data is delivered immediately, so no refunds are offered. Opening a chargeback or dispute after premium has been activated results in immediate premium revocation and a permanent account block, with no refund.

You agree not to tamper with, reverse-engineer or abuse the service, to bypass our fair-use and anti-abuse measures, or to use Spark to violate the terms of any third-party service. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your access secure.

Spark - including its brand, interface and content - belongs to us. While your access is active you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service. You may not copy, resell or build derivative products from it.

Spark is provided 'as is', with no guarantee of profit from any decision made using the data it shows. The memecoin market is highly volatile and all trading decisions are your own. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Depending on the violation we may, in any combination, issue a warning, revoke premium without refund, or block one or more linked accounts. Severe violations such as fraud, chargebacks or deceiving support result in a permanent ban without refund.

If you believe a decision was made in error, contact us on Discord and describe the situation honestly. Every appeal is reviewed individually.

We may update these terms. The new version takes effect once published on this page, with the last-updated date shown above. Continued use of Spark after publication means you accept the updated terms.
