Terms of Service

Spark is a desktop application for monitoring token launches on pump.fun and bonk.fun on Solana. Spark is not a trading bot and does not perform any operations on the user's wallet. All buy/sell decisions are made and executed by the user inside their chosen terminal.

Purchasing a subscription grants the right to use Spark during the paid period (7 or 30 days). A key is bound to a single device. Transfer to another device is not provided by default but can be performed manually by support on Discord.

Since real-time data access is granted immediately after activation, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you run into a technical issue, reach out on Discord and we will help resolve it.

Spark is provided 'as is'. We make no guarantee about the profitability of trading decisions made on the basis of data shown by the app. The memecoin market is highly volatile and responsibility for trading decisions lies with the user.

You must not: resell licenses, decompile or modify the application, or use Spark to spam terminals or violate the terms of third-party services (pump.fun, bonk.fun, Axiom, Padre, GMGN).

We reserve the right to revoke a license without refund in case of a violation of section 5 or if a key is discovered to be compromised.

We may update these terms. The new version takes effect upon publication on this page; the last-updated date is indicated above.
